Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Please note that your order will be source from either directly from Abundance of Scrubs U Love, LLC warehouse or from the manufacturer, whichever is the quickest.

*Please provide a physical address. We do not ship to P. O. Box

Once payment is processed, items will be shipped within 5-10 Business days (most time sooner).

Orders placed after Friday at 5:30 pm will not be processed until Monday(excluding holidays)

An email confirmation will be sent once your items are shipped.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy:

We value your business and want you to be pleased with your purchase.

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy. This means that you have 14 days after the receipt of your tracked purchase to return the purchased item(s).

All returns must be in brand new condition with original packaging and tags still attached.

Items are not returnable if worn, altered, stained, tags removed or embroidered. Additionally, support and fashion hosiery or compression socks may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns will go to the Abundance of Scrubs U Love, LLC warehouse and not the manufacturer.

Please Note: All Returns or Exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless Abundance of Scrubs U Love, LLC made an error leading to the customer needing to return items.

Exchanges can be for a different size or color if in stock within 14 days of receipt of tracked items.

Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your in original condition return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and are processing the refund.

To start a return, please contact us at info@abundanceofscrubsulove.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your merchandise for reimbursement of funds to your original form of payment.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service such as USPS or purchase shipping insurance.
